JSR-7
Cyberonix is working with the Java Community Process (JCP) and industry
experts to define the standard for Industrial Java. This effort goes
by the name JSR-7 (Java Specification Request-7).
JSR-7 was initiated in 1999, and has received official backing from
Sun Microsystems, which has allowed Cyberonix to move forward and lead
the effort toward Industrial Java. Now, with official backing and the
support from some of the leaders in the industrial automation industry
like Agilent, Apogee, Mitsubishi Electric Automation Rockwell, Mitsubishi
Electric Control Software, OGIS, Schneider Automation and Sun Microsystems
Cyberonix is well on its way to helping the Java Community define the
standards of industrial java. For more information on JSR-7 please download
